A sky diver is lucky to be alive after her parachute was entangled in power lines after a freefall jump in Eston today.
She sustained serious electrical burns to her lower limbs as well as multiple abrasions.
She was treated and stabilised at the scene by Netcare911 Paramedics before she was transported by ambulance to the Netcare St Anne’s Hospital in Pietermaritzburg for definitive medical attention.
