Fall into water tanker

A construction worker is in a serious condition after falling 25m off scaffolding and into a water tanker that was been built at a local water purification plant in Kokstad this afternoon.
RES Q MED arrived on the scene and were directed to the location where the man was lying. The patient was in a serious condition. The patient had suffered possible head injuries along with neck and back injuries. Paramedics used specialised equipment to support his back and head before been placed on a digger to get him out of the tanker. He was taken to Kokstad Provincial in a serious but stable condition for further medical treatment.
It is believed that the worker who was on the scaffolding at the time of the incident may have lost his footing and fell off the side into the water tank. The necessary authorities were on the scene and would be investigating the incident.
