A man is in a critical condition after sustaining a gunshot wound to the chest while at his work in Hidi road Kempton Park this afternoon at 15h00. Details to what led to the shooting will remain a subject for police investigation and comment.
Paramedics stabilised the critically wounded man on scene before transporting him to a private hospital in the area for the treatment that he required.
