A woman was seriously injured in a skydiving accident when she crash-landed on a bakkie at a festival in Parys on Saturday, Free State paramedics said.
The woman mistook her landing and hit the bakkie which was parked at the Parys High School, said ER24 spokesperson Derrick Banks.
“She sustained a fractured arm, leg and suffered a major concussion.”
She was airlifted to hospital, said Banks.
