Four women were killed in an accident on the R61 between Queenstown and Port St Johns on Sunday, Eastern Cape police said.
“Two cars were travelling towards Mthatha when one crashed into the back of the other,” Lieutenant Colonel Mzukisi Fatyela said.
He said the accident, which took place at 2.30am, killed four women in one car and injured four in the other.
