A man in his 30’s has been left a little shaken but physically uninjured after rolling his car on the N1 North near the Rivonia Road offramp.
The man had allegedly driven from Durban through the night and for some reason lost control of the vehicle, crashing it off the road and into a tree. ER24 paramedics arrived at the scene and expected the worst. Suddenly there was a man talking to them, telling them that he had been the driver and only occupant of the vehicle. He had climbed out of the wreck and was uninjured.
Paramedics assessed the man thoroughly and determined that he had not suffered and obvious injury. The man decided that he would not go to hospital with the ambulance at this stage but would make his way privately if the need arose at a later stage.
No other vehicles were involved in the accident.
