The Johannesburg Skydiving Club on Monday said a full investigation will be conducted into the death of Jarrod Folscher following a fatal accident in Cartlonville.
The club’s spokesperson Beverly Cosslett said the 27-year-old skydiver plunged to his death on Sunday after trying to execute a high-speed swoop landing.
“Unfortunately with any kind of extreme sport, we do have incidences and accidents. It is never great to lose a friend, but we know these things do happen,” she said.
