An abandoned new born baby has been found wrapped in a black waste bag, dumped in a rubbish bin in Pine street Durban.
ER24 paramedics received a call out to respond to the scene and found the rubbish bin surrounded by a crowd of onlookers.
The newborn baby girl was wrapped in the black back with the placenta still attached. She was not breathing and had no pulse.
Paramedics later declared the new born baby girl dead at the scene. Local law enforcement authorities who attended the scene will be investigating the incident further.
