A father and his 12 year old son has sustained injuries this afternoon after running through a brick wall before falling a meter and a half down to a concrete floor.
The father, aged 43, and his son were allegedly playing around a pool when the father fell through a brick wall. The son followed the dad and they both fell approximately a meter and a half down to a concrete floor.
ER24 paramedics treated both the father and the son at the scene for multiple cuts and bruises to their head and face. The son had also sustained a suspected dislocation of his hip.
Both were later transported to Mediclinic Pietermaritzburg for further medical care.
