[CAPE TOWN – 07 DECEMBER 2011 AT 06H10]
A collision at the intersection of Stellenbosch Arterial and Range Road between a Corsa Bakkie and a Toyota Tazz has left both drivers injured this morning.
Emergency personnel arrived on the scene and found both vehicles in the intersection. The driver of the bakkie, a male was found still seated, while the driver of the tazz, a female was found walking around on scene. Both patients were examined and found that they had sustained minor injuries but would go to hospital with the ambulance for a further medical examination.
The circumstances around the accident are unclear but the local authorities were on the scene and would investigate the accident further.
