ER24 paramedics driving on Bowling road in Gallo Manor witnessed a serious accident this afternoon. While looking in the rear view mirror the paramedic could see a green Lexus passenger vehicle overturn behind the response vehicle.
The paramedics immediately turned the vehicle around and responded to the overturned vehicle which came to a standstill on it’s drivers side. Paramedics had to climb trough the vehicles doors to get to the patient.
A single male driver believed to be aged in his 30’s sustained moderate injuries to his chest. Local fire and rescue services who later arrived at the scene extricated the man from the vehicle.
The man received further treatment at the scene before being transported to a nearby medical facility. The cause of the collision is still unknown.
