BELLVILLE – A 53 year old man sustained multiple injuries when he was knocked over by a vehicle on Durban Road near 12th Street earlier this evening.
Paramedics arrived on the scene shortly after 19:00 where they found the man lying on the side of the road. Bystanders explained to paramedics that the man was allegedly pushed in front of a car.
Paramedics stabilised the man on the scene before transporting him to Tygerberg Hospital for further medical management.
They could not locate the vehicle on the scene that allegedly collided with the man. The local law enforcement attended the incident.
