A 40 year old man has sustained critical injuries in a single vehicle roll over on the N14 north after the Petroport.
The reason as to the vehicle rolling off the highway and coming to rest in the grass at the side of the road is not clear, as there appeared to have been no other vehicles involved to have caused the accident. The driver and only occupant of the car was treated for his injuries and stabilised on the scene while paramedics waited for the medical helicopter to land. The man was then airlifted to a nearby hospital for further urgent medical care.
