Yesterday afternoon (18 September) at around 15:10 a Chevrolet Aveo and an Isuzu bakkie had a partial head-on collision while travelling along Herman Drive in Edenvale.
Terence Teixeira from the Matrix Road Safety Association arrived on the scene and reported that the collision caused the Isuzu to flip on its side. “The circumstances that led to the accident are unknown, and is now under police investigation. The driver of the Chevrolet Aveo fortunately only sustained a light injury and was transported to a hospital. No one else sustained any injuries,” he says.
