[Durban, KZN – 22 September 2012 at 21H30]
A pedestrian believed to be a male has been knocked down and killed on the N2 South bound near to the M7 on ramp.
ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene and found the pedestrian lying in the middle lane of the freeway. He had suffered very traumatic and fatal injuries and was declared deceased on scene.
It is believed that the patient was knocked down by an articulated truck but the necessary authorities will investigate the incident further.
