A twenty-three-year old man is lucky to be alive after a near drowning incident in a swimming pool in Constantia Kloof in Johannesburg this afternoon.
Netcare 911 advanced life support paramedic and ambulance crew arrived at the scene and immediately started resuscitating the man. After placing the man on a ventilator they continued with the resuscitation and miraculously the man was revived.
After the intervention he was transported to a nearby medical facility for further medical treatment.
