In the early hours of this morning, a young man fell from the fourth floor of an apartment building in Century City. It is not clear as to why the man fell, but a witness explained that the young man in his 20’s appeared to have suddenly lost his balance and he fell from the fourth floor, colliding with the first floor balcony railing on the way down.
Paramedics treated the man for multiple injuries at the scene including broken bones, internal injuries and head injury. The man was in a desperately critical condition and they quickly loaded him into a waiting ambulance and took him to the nearest hospital. Upon arrival at hospital, his condition had started to deteriorate even more which led to the initiation of resuscitation efforts. Sadly, despite all efforts to save the young man’s life, nothing more they did revived him and he died a while later.
The local police are still investigating this tragic incident.
