A man believed to be in his late sixties to early seventies was killed after a portion of a wall along Bombay and Lotus Road in Northdale broke away and fell on top of him this afternoon.
ER24 paramedics and other emergency personnel arrived on the scene and found the man underneath the rubble of bricks. They removed the bricks and assessed the patient and found the man had already succumbed to his injuries and was declared deceased on scene.
It is believed that the man was walking along the path way when the portion of the wall fell on top of him. The necessary authorities were on the scene and would investigate the accident further.
