Paramedics were called to the scene of an alleged shootout that took place at a Kagiso Mall bank this morning.
At around 10:30 paramedics were activated to the scene and upon their arrival they found that a man had succumbed to his injuries before their arrival and was declared dead on scene. It is not known as to whether the man was a patron, suspect or bank employee.
A woman was transported to hospital by ambulance after she suffered serious wounds following the incident. Two other men had suffered minor injuries and they too were taken to hospital by ambulance.
At this time the police are still on scene and will be investigating the details pertaining to what took place.
