Netcare 911 paramedics and other services responded to an accident on the R64 Dealsville Road in the Free State this morning.
Upon their arrival on scene, they found that one vehicle t-boned another vehicle resulting in three people being injured.
A twenty-eight-year old woman sustained critical injuries and paramedics rushed her to a Bloemfontein hospital for the urgent medical care that she required. Another person sustained serious injuries and a third sustained moderate injuries. Both patients were treated on scene before they were transported to nearby medical facilities for further medical care.
Exact detail to the cause of the accident and preceding events will remain the subject of a police investigation.
