Paramedics were called to the scene of a fatal accident that took place on the train tracks off of McGregor street in Bloemfontein CBD this morning.
At this time, incident details are still under investigation by local officials and police, but when paramedics arrived they found the mangled remains of the man who had been hit by the goods train. It is speculated that the man was trying to cross the tracks when the train collided into him, he did not survive his injuries and died prior to arrival of paramedics.
