Just after 08:30 this morning Rescue Care Paramedics were called to Mansel Road in Durban central for a building on fire.
On arrival paramedics found a container engulfed in flames. Fire Fighters arrived on the scene and immediately began fighting the flames. Once the fire was extuingished fire fighters then checked for any casualties. Fortunately no one was in the container when the blaze started and thus no one was injured.
It is unclear what caused the fire however SAPS together with Durban Metro Fire were on the scene and will be investigating further.
