Netcare 911 paramedics responded to Eugene Marais Street in Vanderbijlpark yesterday morning after an abandoned new born baby’s lifeless body was found in a field.
Upon their arrival on scene they found that the baby had tragically died and the baby was declared dead.
Exact details of the incident and preceding events are unknown and will remain the subject of a police investigation.
