Netcare 911 paramedics and other services responded to an electrocution incident in Cosmos City, Randburg this morning.
Upon their arrival on scene they found that a man had sustained critical burn injuries following an electrocution.
A medical helicopter was activated to airlift the critically injured man to a Netcare facility for the urgent medical care that he required.
Exact detail to the cause of the incident and preceding events are unknown and will remain the subject of an investigation.
