Today, the annual matric rage will get underway in Umhlanga and Ballito where 30 000 matrics will descend on the two towns.
Crisis Medical is proud to be the official and accredited medical provider to Matric Rage in KZN through G&G productions as well as the medical provider to Red Frogs, the voluntary organisation providing support and assistance to matrics during the festival.
The event will run from 28 November until 8 December which includes beach festivals, night club line ups and a number of massive outdoor dance parties. During all of these events, Crisis Medical and our team of highly trained paramedics will be available to assist with all medical emergencies.
Crisis Medical has also teamed up with SMG Rocks in Umhlanga to provide the Mini Medical Vehicle which will be available 24 hours a day during Matric Rage. The vehicle acts as a rapid response vehicle to ensure medical care is rendered to patients as soon as possible. We have no doubt that this partnership will be effective in minimising injury during the event period.
Anyone who requires medical attention should phone our 24 hour call centre on 0861 1 274747 or seek a volunteer from Red Frogs who will contact us directly.
