A four-year-old boy has tragically died after a drowning incident at a holiday resort near Amanzimtoti this evening at around 19h00. Exact detail as to how the child ended up in the pool will remain a subject for police investigation and comment.
Netcare 911 responded to the call but found that the child had been put in a private car and transported to a local hospital. Tragically the child was declared dead soon after their arrival at the hospital.
