Netcare 911 paramedics responded to an accident on the N4 near Simon Vermooten Street in Pretoria this evening.
Upon their arrival on scene they found a man in a serious condition after he was ejected from a motor vehicle.
The man was treated on scene before he was transported to hospital for further medical care.
Exact detail to the cause of the accident and preceding events will remain the subject of a police investigation.
