Netcare 911 paramedics responded to an accident on the R515 in Cullinan this morning.
Upon their arrival on scene they found that a man and woman were both in a serious condition following a motorcycle accident.
Both patients were treated on scene before they were transported to hospital for further medical care.
Exact detail to the cause of the accident and preceding events will remain the subject of a police investigation.
