Alleged house robbery leaves one dead, another critical

A man was killed and another was found in a critical condition after they were shot in Dehaviland Avenue, Boksburg, earlier this afternoon.

ER24 paramedics, along with other services, arrived on scene and found both men, believed to be in their 40’s, lying on the side of the road.

When paramedics assessed the patients, they found that one of the men had no signs of life.

Paramedics treated the second man for a gunshot wound to his lower body. He was later transported to a nearby hospital for further medical treatment.

Local authorities were on scene for further investigations.
