Netcare 911 paramedics responded to an accident on Lynnwood Drive in Silver Lakes, Pretoria this morning.
Upon their arrival on scene they found a minibus and heavy goods vehicle had collided resulting in one man found to be in a serious condition.
The injured man was treated on scene and transported to hospital for further medical care.
Exact detail to the cause of the accident and preceding events will remain the subject of a police investigation.
