A 20-year-old man was struck by a taxi and sustained moderate injuries on Witkoppen Road in Paulshof, Sandton this morning.
ER24 paramedics assessed the man and discovered that he was stable and his leg was fractured from the impact.
He was transported to Charlotte Maxeke Hospital for further medical treatment.
The exact circumstances that led to the collision are unclear but police are conducting investigations.
