Netcare 911 paramedics and other services are currently on scene at a head-on collision between a heavy goods vehicle and bus at the Karino four-way interchange approximately twenty kilometres from Nelspruit.
Services arrived on scene and found multiple patients on scene and one person who has tragically lost a life.
Patients are currently being assessed and transported to hospital for further medical care.
