Two women were seriously injured following a side-impact accident on Louis Trichardt Street in Wonderboom South, Pretoria last night after 19h00.
Exact detail surrounding the accident are unknown and remains the subject of a police investigation.
Netcare 911 paramedics arrived on scene and found the injured two women still in their vehicles.
Both women were treated on scene, immobilised on trauma boards and transported to hospital for further medical care.
Traffic in the area was affected as a result of the accident.
