The two occupants of this vehicle were very fortunate to escape with only minor injuries after they lost control of it and crashed into the Bloemspruit storm water system near Central Park in Bloemfontein during the early hours of this morning.
The accident occurred at a section of the canal where guard fences were recently stolen, which poses a huge risk for members of public.
