A man tragically drowned at the Durban beach front, exact detail as to when he drowned is still speculative and will remain a subject for police investigations.
Netcare 911 paramedics and the Police search and rescue was called to the beach where a man was seen floating in the surf. After the body was removed paramedics declared him dead and handed the body over to the police for further investigation.
