A man was seriously injured after he fell at a construction site in Arcadia, Pretoria this afternoon.
Exact detail surrounding the incident and preceding events are unknown at this stage.
Netcare 911 paramedics arrived at the scene and found the man lying on the third floor of the building, under construction, after fall off scaffolding while working.
Paramedics had to call in assistance from the fire department to assist with evacuation of the injured man from the building.
The man was treated on scene and transported to hospital for further medical care.
