Subject:
Crash on N4 after the Solomon Mahlangu offramp kills 3 and leaves 2 injured – 2015/01/13/Message:

Good afternoon, With reference to the above; I was driving behind the taxi when the incident occurred. We were going in the direction towards Solomon Mahlangu. The taxi wheel burst, saw smoke coming out and the driver must have lost control because the car went to the left side of the lane and all of a sudden went right over the grass bushes on his side to the other side of the highway. That is when the other two cars crashed with the taxi. It was horrible saw the whole thing and phoned the ambulance. Hope this helps and gets to the investigating people. Thank you
