A man in his forties was critically injured after a collision occurred today on the P111 about six kilometres from Carletonville.
The injured man was driving when he experienced a blackout. He lost control of the vehicle and drove into a ditch on the side of the road. His vehicle was written off.
When ER24 paramedics arrived on scene they found the man critically injured in a confused state. ER24 Paramedics transported him to Carletonville Hospital for urgent treatment.
