A four year has fallen from his eighth floor apartment this morning in St Andrews Street suffering fatal injuries.
Rescue Care, EMRS and Metro Police paramedics arrived on scene to find the young boy lying on the pavement. A quick assessment found the child had no pulses present and paramedics worked for more than thirty minutes to try and revive the young child however the severity of his injuries was to severe and the child passed away on the scene.
At this stage it is unclear the events leading up to the young boy falling from the apartment however SAPS were on the scene and will be investigating further.
