Collision at Underwood and Marrion Crescent intersection in Pinetown leaves 25 injured

A collision between two taxis has left 25 people injured this morning at the Underwood and Marrion Crescent intersection in Pinetown, KwaZulu Natal.

ER24 paramedics, along with other services, arrived on scene and found the two wrecked taxis in the centre of the road. Some of the occupants of both taxis were found walking around on scene.

On inspection, paramedics discovered that 25 people had sustained injuries ranging from minor to moderate. One of the moderately injured patients was found trapped in the front of one of the taxis.
