Three people were injured after two vehicles collided head-on on the N2 Port Shepstone off-ramp this afternoon.
Netcare 911 paramedics and other services arrived at the scene and found the two vehicles had sustained severe damage to the front of the vehicles.
Upon assessment of all the occupants they found that three people had sustained minor to moderate injuries during the crash.
The injured patients were treated at the scene and transported to hospital for further medical care.
Exact detail surrounding to the cause of the crash and preceding events will remain the subject of a police investigation.
