15 people were injured this morning after a taxi overturned on the R521, 20km outside of Polokwane in Limpopo.
ER24 paramedics, along with other services, arrived on scene and found an overturned taxi lying on the side of the road. The occupants from the vehicle were found walking around on scene.
On assessment, paramedics discovered that 15 people had sustained minor injuries in the collision. Fortunately no-one had sustained any serious injuries.
Paramedics treated the patients on scene and thereafter transported them to Seshego Hospital for further treatment.
The cause of the collision is not yet known but local authorities were on scene for further investigations.
