A man was injured following an accident on Doctor Swanepoel Road near Springbokvlakte Road in Montana this morning.
Netcare 911 paramedics and other services arrived at the scene and found that a motor vehicle and motorcycle was involved in an accident. The motorcycle was found to have broken into two pieces and the motorcyclist was found lying on the ground.
Upon assessment of the motorcyclist, paramedics found that the man had sustained critical injuries during the crash. The injured patient was treated at the scene and rushed to hospital for the urgent medical care that he required.
The occupants of the motor vehicle were not injured during the crash.
