Four people have been injured after the taxi they were in was rear ended by a vehicle on the M13 Jan Smuts Highway near the N3 Sherwood on Friday morning around 07:15am.
Rescue Care paramedics arrived on the scene to find that a taxi had stopped at the taxi stop and a vehicle had rear ended the taxi. Four people from the taxi had sustained various injuries and were stabilized on the scene before being transported by Rescue Care to various Durban Hospitals for the further care that they required.
The necessary authorities were on the scene and will be investigating further.
