A woman was injured following a crash on South Street near Heuwel Avenue in Zwartkop, Centurion this morning.
Netcare 911 paramedics and other services arrived at the scene and found that a motor vehicle and minibus were involved in a crash. The minibus then crashed against a traffic light.
Upon assessment of the occupants, paramedics found that a female passenger of the minibus sustained serious injuries during the crash, as she was ejected from the vehicle upon impact.
The injured woman was treated at the scene and transported to hospital for further medical care.
Exact detail surrounding the cause of the crash and preceding events are unknown and will remain the subject of a police investigation.
