A man is in a critical condition following an accident on Plane Road near Spencer Street in Spartan, Kempton Park this afternoon.
Netcare 911 paramedics and other services arrived at the scene and found a man lying on the roadway after a motorcycle crashed against a heavy goods vehicle on the roadway.
Upon assessment of the thirty-seven-year-old motorcyclist, paramedics found that the man had sustained critical injuries during the crash.
The Netcare1 helicopter was activated to airlift the critically injured man to hospital for the urgent medical care that he required.
