ER24 paramedics treated a person who sustained a gunshot wound earlier today.
Paramedics were informed of a shooting outside a premises in Doornpoort, in Pretoria, and on arrival at the scene found a man believed to be about 34 years old.
The man was assessed and it was found that he sustained a gunshot wound to the stomach.
Paramedics provided him with advanced life support interventions. He was then transported to hospital for further medical care.
The exact circumstances surrounding the shooting are unknown however authorities were on scene for further investigations.
