KZN Emergency Medical Services Paramedics have attended to a tragic crash involving a truck and a car, in Jacobs, south of Durban this morning.
Sadly a young man, estimated to be in his early thirties has died in the crash. Three people, two men and a lady, have sustained serious injuries in the crash, which occurred at about 7am this morning.
The surviving patients were treated at the scene by KZN EMS paramedics and paramedics from a local private ambulance service, before being transported to a local hospital for continued medical care.
The exact cause of the crash is not known at this stage and will be investigated by the police.
