Netcare 911 paramedics were called to a medical facility in Daveyton this afternoon following a pedestrian accident.
Upon their arrival at the facility they found a five-year-old girl in a critical condition after she was knocked over by motor vehicle. The young girl was rushed to the facility after she was knocked over by a motor vehicle.
The Netcare1 helicopter was activated to airlift the young girl to hospital for the urgent medical care that she required.
Exact detail surrounding the pedestrian accident and preceding events are unknown at this stage and will remain the subject of a police investigation.
