A fifty-year-old man was seriously injured during an assault incident on Apiesdoring Drive in Heuweloord last night.
Netcare 911 paramedics and provincial services arrived at the scene and found the man had sustained serious injuries after he was assaulted with a paint scraper. Reports from the scene indicate that two men were involved in an argument when the incident took place.
